Meet Adele Park

I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, which may account for some of my quirky behavior. Highlights of my youth involved skiing, running, hiking and biking. I was exposed to just about every kind of music thanks to my sister and five brothers who made sure I saw plenty of concerts. I also developed a love of reading which eventually prompted me to become a writer myself. After earning a bachelor's degree from Mesa College, I launched my career as a TV and radio reporter and news anchor.

I made the move to Utah in 1995, lured to this state by its jaw-dropping beauty and amazing outdoor adventure opportunities. I also expanded my media skills to include work as a magazine photographer and writer. It was here that I met Michael, my Funny Valentine. In 2008, I began writing and producing audiobooks. In 2011, I was honored with an Audie Award for the first audiobook that I wrote, produced and had a voice acting role in. I've been addicted to audiobooks ever since.

In my free time, you can find me roaming the desert, thinking about all the quirky things that happen in a wondrous place called Navel, Utah. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
